New village squareThe proposal discusses the development of a new residential complex on a brownfield site in a small village. The current state of the site has deteriorated due to previous operations, and there is potential to transform it into a vibrant village center. The proposal aims to create clearly defined spaces for different uses, with a focus on a public courtyard that can serve as a gathering place for cultural and social events. The residential buildings are designed to be accessible from the courtyard, with private and semi-private gardens further away. The overall architectural composition includes low-rise houses with traditional village house features, such as rectangular floor plans and gable roofs. The material and color scheme of the houses draw inspiration from the traditions of the Czech countryside. The proposal seeks to integrate the new complex with the existing buildings to create a cohesive and lively village environment.
