Town House Behind the Paper Mill

The town house uses the potential of the building plots and its spatial concept is related to the established and planned urban structure. Typologically, it draws on traditional tenement houses and its architecture respects the scale and compositional principles of the surrounding buildings. The internal layout develops a hierarchy of semi-public, semi-private and private spaces and minimises operating costs. The economy of the construction is guaranteed by the choice of materials used and the modular system of the apartments. The result is a house that clearly defines its social significance and delivers quality urban living.
