House with deer
The family house is located in the development location in Ve Stržném, which is located on the border of the cadasters Planá nad Lužnicí and Sezimovo Ústí near Tábor. The design concept, which had to respect the strict regulations given by the territorial study, consists in creating a compact volume into which more intimate spaces - patios and terraces - are carved. The compact mass of the house and the layout respond to contemporary requirements for family living, and the horizontal composition, balanced by the elevation above the main living space, is laid out in such a way that the house does not compete with the hilly landscape of the Lužnice river valley in different views. The garage and the entrance are located in the northeast, the main axis of the house emerges from the vestibule and is visually terminated by a patio with a sculpture of a deer, which divides it into two parts. To the right of the entrance is the main living space and then the bedroom with accessories; on the left are the sanitary and technical accessories of the house and the corridor to the study and children's rooms. The layout of the rooms is fully subordinated to the ideal orientation to the cardinal points and with regard to distant views of the Lužnice river valley. The form of the house is contemporary - it is a horizontal volume with a flat roof, which is generously cut in line with the internal layout. The strictly horizontal composition is balanced by the elevated part above the dining table and the kitchen, which brings the sun's rays from the south into the house. The main volume of the house is treated in light beige plaster, the overhanging part and the recessed wall of the living room will be in brick-orange marbled pattern screed. Extensive greenery is designed on the roof, the role of which is complemented by the existing solitary oak tree in the garden.
